AS2 & SFTP

As part of our commitment to support the scale and growth that our customers require, CommerceHub is migrating to additional IP addresses in 2023 and 2024, which will affect how the CommerceHub network and your infrastructure communicate. 

For Dsco platform users utilizing SFTP, you must update by January 29, 2024. 

Connections

If your applications connect to our AS2 or SFTP environments using an IP address as opposed to the proper DNS, then you must migrate to using the appropriate DNS names.

Note: New DNS names and IP addresses for DemandStream added on September 7, 2023 are marked with asterisks (**). Changes added in January 2024 are marked with asterisks (***).

Failure to make these updates by the date above will disrupt your ability to communicate with CommerceHub.

Security Controls

For Dsco users utilizing SFTP, if you whitelist IP addresses as part of your security protocol with your SFTP client, it will no longer be supported. If you require additional security, see SFTP in Support for more information.

For OrderStream users utilizing SFTP or AS2 and Dsco users utilizing AS2, if your firewall has security controls, such as inbound or outbound IP allow-lists, then you must add the new IP addresses to those rules. This will ensure that both new and old CommerceHub networks can continue communicating with your applications.
